What materials do you use in your products?

 

We favour sustainable and recycled products for eco-friendly products. You will find linen and natural resin, recycled polyester and cotton. We are constantly looking for newest materials with more recycled fabrics using marine debris. Some of our products contain up-to 10% up-cycled marine debris. Our action reflects are thoughts, we are eco-conscious.

How do you give back?

 

Our community lives for the beach and the ocean. We protect what we love and are official partners of the Big Blue Ocean Clean Up, working across our Blue Planet in over 100 countries. Join us and fight ocean pollution. In a couple of months we already contributed financially and on-site removing over a tonne of marine debris and we are continuing our efforts. We also proudly support Sea Shepherd and raise awareness about the threats on marine life.

 

 

What do you mean by products on pre-order?

 

In order to limit stocks and waste, we produce just what is required, when necessary. Once we receive your order, your product will be assembled according to your design and colour wish. We produce with a delay of approximetly 2 weeks following an artisanal process for all our Med Sea Collection.

 

 

What countries do you ship to?

 

We ship worldwide except 5 countries. But do not worry, your country is probably on the list!

 

How much is the shipping cost?

 

The calculation of your shipping cost is made automatically depending on your cart and your delivery address.

 

What is the purchase currency?

 

When making a purchase on our website all payments are charged in EUR Euros.

 

Once I order something – what happens next?

 

You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 weeks. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

When can I expect my order to be delivered ?

 

Orders are usually delivered within 8-20 days after dispatch. Please note that deliveries to certain remote locations may take 1-2 extra days.

 

Can I change my order?

 

We might be able to change your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and don’t forget to include your order number.

 

 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

 

If you want to return something from your order, just send us a contact form with reason. There is no need to print-out a label as we do not cover return shipping costs.

Be aware that to return an item, it cannot be used or washed.

 

Write the shipping address that we will have indicated you on the parcel and send it using your choice of carrier. You will be responsible for the items until they have arrived at our address. We therefore recommend you to keep the proof of postage as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

 

NOTE: If making a return from a country outside of the EU (Switzerland, Norway, the UK or the USA…), please include the original invoice outside your parcel, and write the word ‘RETURN’ on the outside, so customs can clearly identify it as such. If not done correctly, the parcel will be declined at the border and returned to you, which will mean paying for the return shipping costs again.

 

 

 

I CAN’T PLACE AN ORDER

 

 

If you are experiencing problems in the checkout, please try following actions:

This usually solves these kind of problems, if not please contact us to place a direct order.

 

Payment issues

 

If you experience a problem when paying with a credit or a debit card at the checkout, we recommend you to try following actions:

  • Use another browser or device

  • Make sure that your card is open for international payments

  • Try another card or contact your bank

 

I have placed an order but I haven’t received my order confirmation.

 

  • You have probably entered the wrong email address. Please contact us indicating in your message your order description / ref, full name and the date at which the order was placed.
